  I'm from Texas and we love our tex-mex. The measure of any good tex-mex restaurant is the fajitas. The fajitas here melt in your mouth and re delicious. I've had them all and I highly recommend the Chipotle fajitas. Ask for beef!
  
  My wife has had the enchiladas and tamales and they have always been great.
  
  My grandparents report their margaritas are good. Don't drink them, but there that is.
  
  It only gets 4 stars because the service can be slightly slow and it isn't necessarily the prettiest place on the outside though it's alright on the inside.

  The 1 star is for the server we had. He was trying.
  
  With someone making fresh tortillas in the front you would think they would be good. They had so much grease on and in them we joked about calling an oil clean up crew, or the epa.
  
  The food overall was bland and had less flavor then taco bell. The plates all had at least 1-2 tablespoons of grease/oil on them. At least it helped the few bites I took slide down. The beans tasted off like the came out of a bad can. The rice was worse then a dry rice a roni mix.
  
  The girls at the table behind us were so loud everyone on the place could hear them, Oh yeah, they were more friends of employees that kept sitting with them being just as loud talking about someone who is getting out of jail.
  
  And last,
  
  The bar had the same 15 or so dirty drink glasses on it the whole time we were there but yet all the employees had time to visit with their friends or family sitting next to the bar. Lots of standing around and visiting going on.
  Sorry folks but if you have time to lean you have time to clean.
  
  No way we'll go back.

  Found a French fry in my sour cream. I asked the waiter if they recycle food. He told me that the French fries and sour cream are on opposite sides of the kitchen and dug himself deeper into a bad story.
  
  Place is disgusting, Bad service, crappy food. Not even worth one star.

  I have enjoyed visiting this restaurant several times over the past year. The service is very friendly and the food is tasty. I do admit that on one occasion the food was not as great as it normally is, however after eating here multiple times the food normally is great. The portions served our adequate and the chicken fried steak is huge with your choice of brown or white gravy. The parking lot is normally packed with cars and that within itself is an indicator that the food and service is great.

  Came in around lunch time and I guess you can say the service was better than some of the other places in Liberty. They did kind of take a while to bring out the food but they would always come by and refill our drinks. The tortillas are handmade and the nachos are not that bad. Overall a decent experience.
